Thank you for shopping at SoulThread Studio! Below is our shipping policy for all orders placed through our store.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipping.

Shipping Times

We currently ship only within the United States.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days after processing

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or demand surges.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) ordered and your delivery address. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different Printify print providers. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
